Open Marketplace

Up the channel of the river some twenty miles or so, a major tributary joins up with the main flow. On the tip of land between the main river and the tributary, isolated from the rest of the land mass by a mountain range, there is a marketplace set up. Individual stalls vary; official ones are marked. All transactions except those with the Shifty Trader will be conducted OOC to preserve the timeline.
