These are on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone desiring a clutch to result from their next mating flight should ask for approval before running it; otherwise, all I ask is that there only be one mating flight posted per IC timeframe. Not one per species (though we may eventually get to that point) - one total. Hopefully that will make it more likely that they actually reach a happy conclusion. (The traditional fade-to-black, what else would I be referring to?)
First-come, first-served simply means that we will go in order from whoever posts the first request to the next down, and so on. If someone goes on leave and their turn comes around, we will skip them- but they will retain their position as next in line. Unless they're still gone, anyway. Sound fair?
Off-screen flights don't need a schedule since there won't be any competition for posting then. Off-screen flights may be referred to at any time during IC play, but if you're going to mention the involvement of someone else's dragon in ANY capacity, please be polite and ask them first. Unless it's an NPC; they're there for anybody to mess with.
Golds may rise twice per Turn; greens much more frequently, as long as it doesn't get out of hand. If I missed any points or if anyone has questions, please let me know!
;D
