Whers are available to be created, in very limited numbers because they are not integral to the Weyr. (Rather, they are used as night-time guards for up to five miles around, mainly to keep wild whers at bay and protect the herds.)
First number is what is available. Second number is how many (at maximum) will be allowed for now. Runs will occur according to schedule, but unless there is interest from players wanting to Bond wherlings, clutches will be behind-the-scenes.
Gold - 1/1
Bronze - 1/1
Brown - 2/2
Blue - 3/3
Green - 2/2
