I am looking for interested players to encounter a troop of pack-lizards in a potentially aggressive setting, somewhere outside the Weyr, soon after the blizzard abates. The OOC information on pack-lizards can be found >>here<< - some of which may also be IC, depending on the character and the player's decision. So, this thread is to test the water- so to speak- and see if anyone is interested, which character they might like to use, and ideas for scenarios? (ie gathering deadfall, hunting, looking at the damage from the blizzard, etc.) |

As for a scenario, I like the idea of maybe inspecting damage, seeing what parts of the areas were hit heavily by the blizzard and if there is anything to salvage from it. ^^

I need to set the dates up for threads. I've been meaning to, but kept forgetting. ;D It would help to know specifically when things are going down, aye?
EDIT - I set the blizzard dates for 01.13.3189 to 01.21.3189. So, thinking this thread will take place on the IC date of 01.22.3189 - sound good?

I'd be interested in this if you're still looking for people. I'd be using Eavan since she's my only character at the moment. If a candidate couldn't help with this, though, I'd understand.
I also think that surveying the damage would be a good idea.

Candidates are useful for a lot of things. Some Weyrs are still in the habit of using them for manual labor, after all! Axes will probably be a requisite for this venture, considering that some of the damage might have thrown trees across wagon trails and the like.
All right, since we have two individuals (if nobody else signs up before I actually start this) I may not even have to run an NPC. When the thread gets started, I'll post the link here to make it easy to navigate to. ^_^

I would be glad to include J'lin and Portenth in this as well. I totally agree about surveying the damage being a good premise.
